To the artists who shaped Budapest’s underground sound from within these walls — some of whom have since become legends, others top-tier global stars.
Thank you to the team who, through countless long, long nights, made it possible for those moments to exist when you can leave the everyday world outside and finally allow yourself to sink into the music.
10 years ago, public demand created this place — a platform where, recalling the words of our good friend S.A.M., THAT happens (which many today consider default, trivial, or even something to be discouraged): a space that, several times a week, reliably and safely offers a few hours where PEOPLE — without regard to background, judgment, or disturbance — can connect together, in the same room, in a joyful state of mind. Something that in today’s world happens very rarely, if at all.
This is what we grew up in, and this is why we built this place: so that each of these occasions could be a celebration.
A celebration of music, of one another, and of life itself.

There has never been a VIP section, no division, no pretension — only good sound and high-quality artistic expression.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary, please welcome our core resident lineup with love. And to raise the bar even higher, to learn something from a place where this spirit has been soaring exponentially since the 1980s, we have invited the legendary Varis — the quiet eminence of Valencia’s currently flourishing party scene.

At his afterparties, the biggest international names line up to play for the sheer joy of it; participants get the event’s name tattooed after just one night; and every DJ tries to give everything they have to keep the energy permanently above the ceiling, so that the Valencia Sound never stops.

So let us listen to what happens when the sounds of Budapest and Valencia unite in one celebration — and let us open the next decade of Aether Club together!
